The Optimus Jiu Jitsu School is growing, We are adding more Jiu Jitsu classes to accommodate our Laguna Niguel and Dana Point students. The new Advanced classes will focus on the more technical moves of Jiu Jitsu followed by live training. The new Fundamental classes will focus on building a strong foundation of Jiu Jitsu techniques and self defense skill, this foundation is the key to having solid Jiu JItsu. The new schedule will allow us to focus on the needs of the students. Everybody is getting so much better, I’m looking forward to an awesome 2012!
