We will resume Jiu Jitsu training in Launa Niguel with the regular schedule on Tuesday January 3rd. I am looking forward to watching everyone getting better, faster, leaner and stronger! We have a big year ahead of us, A lot of the students are going to compete this year. Many more will be earning their new belts. We will also be adding more Fundamental and Kids martial art classes in the next couple of months to accommodate our rapid growth! Students from Dana Point, Laguna Beach, Aliso Viejo and Laguna Niguel are training Jiu Jitsu and mixed martial arts at Optimus Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. See you all on the mat!!
