Optimus Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in Laguna Niguel is home of  ‘The Winning Attitude Kid’s Program’. Students gain strength, skill, and physical agility while becoming more respectful, disciplined, and confident. We teach children step by step to effectively defend themselves, even against bigger opponents. We also dedicate the entire month of October to our Bully Defense Program in which the kids learn to set personal boundaries and avoid being the victim of bullies. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu has proven itself to be the best martial art a child can learn.
