The Optimus Mixed Martial Art Program is headed by Coach Forest. Coach Forest comes to us with over 30 years of martial art experience. Coach Forest began his training at the age of 12 and has a black belt in Tae Kwon Do, a black belt in Kung Fu and is currently a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu. He understands the value of correct technique, practiced consistently. His organized and careful instruction lay down the foundation of good technique. The students work to master powerful striking skills alongside their jiu-jitsu. We are blessed to have such a talented and dedicated coach leading the Optimus MMA program. Our Mixed Martial Art program doesn’t just help build powerful self-defense skills; it also enhances your over all fitness and well being. This rigorous program builds the powerful skills of striking and grappling combined while burning up to 800 calories per hour.
