Saturday July 9th marked the Optimus Bjj belt promotion at our academy in Laguna Niguel, Ca. The day started with Tinguinha sharing knowledge about the Spider Guard and Back Attacks during his martial art seminar. We had five Black Belts as well as students from near by Dana Point and Laguna Beach on the mat to improve their BJJ. After the seminar we awarded stripes and Belts to our dedicated students. We are so proud of everyone and their achievements. Keep training, keep learning, keep getting stronger.
